Children's Charter Created
The school council were given an important job to do earlier this term. After a whole school consultation on what should be in a Children’s Charter for the school, council members were left to sift through hundreds of responses and create four final statements that would become the Fazakerley High School’s own Children’s Charter; copies will be displayed in every form class. The final statements are:
- Every student has the right to speak and to be heard
- Every student has the right to participate
- Every student has the right to be treated fairly; to be kept healthy and to feel safe
- Every member of the school community has a right to be treated with respect.
