Pupils in year 9-11 took part in Barclays Life Skills sessions in the Careers Hub this week.
Pupils completed tasks to identify their strengths, interests and personality traits and by the end of the session pupils could accurately describe themselves and could see the relevance of this task in helping them make career choices.
More KS4 sessions will take place over the coming weeks.
Mrs Heague was supporting year 11 sessions and had this to say “ I was extremely proud to see the year 11 pupils taking part in such a productive activity, I enjoyed helping the pupils with the activities and seeing them self reflect and develop new career ideas was inspiring.’
Mr Davy and Mr Roberts were also present throughout the week and commented on how beneficial the sessions were for pupils.
